About Change a Destiny

Our Approach: Prevention, Rescue, Rehabilitation. At Change A Destiny, we believe in tackling child trafficking at its roots. While we do conduct small-scale rescues, our primary focus is prevention—asking the critical question: How can we stop trafficking before it starts? Prevention builds thriving, self-sufficient communities where education, empowerment, and opportunity eliminate vulnerability to exploitation.

Many of the regions we serve are gripped by extreme poverty, where malnutrition and lack of clean water are everyday realities. In desperation, families may entrust their children to traffickers, believing it offers a chance at survival for the rest of the family. That’s where our mission begins. We partner with Justice Ministers—both local and global—to serve these communities, stop trafficking, and train others to do the same.

Once strong leaders are in place, we help transform entire regions through clean water initiatives, education, construction projects, job creation, and sustainable living practices. These communities become “Victorious Villages,” where children are nourished, educated, and embraced by families who have chosen to follow the call of Jesus. In these villages, at-risk and rescued children are given not just safety—but a future filled with hope.
